Right to Return

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
  • Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products intentionally damaged after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, any return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
