Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the product.

What Is Covered

Examples of manufacturing defects may include:

• Faulty stitching
• Sole separation caused by manufacturing defects
• Defective hardware (such as buckles or zippers)
• Manufacturing faults affecting the normal use of the product

Each warranty claim is individually reviewed by our Quality Assurance team.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Exposure to chemicals
• Water damage where the product is not designed to be waterproof
• Cosmetic changes resulting from normal use
• Natural variations in leather, suede, or other materials
• Damage caused by pets or external objects

Leather and other natural materials may develop slight variations in texture, grain, or color over time. These characteristics are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Warranty Assessment

Once your claim has been received, our Quality Assurance team will carefully evaluate the product based on the information provided.

If necessary, we may request additional photographs or ask you to return the product for inspection.

Resolution

If the warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
• Issue a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

The chosen remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Bottega Verati website.

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable laws in the European Union or the United Kingdom.

Proper care significantly extends the lifespan of footwear.
