At Bottega Verati, our customers' satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Right of Return

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.

This return policy is separate from our 24-month limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects only.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unworn and unused.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and any tags.
• Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Returns that don't meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service before shipping the product.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Your full name.
• The reason for the return request.
• Photos of the product, if it's damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Once your request has been reviewed, you'll receive all the instructions needed to complete the return.

Please do not send any product back without first receiving our authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide return shipping instructions at no additional cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll let you know the outcome of your request.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Crediting may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer direct exchange of size, color, or model within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact our Customer Service with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that's damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please send us:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the product.
• Photos of the packaging.
• A brief description of the issue.

We'll review your request and, where appropriate, offer a solution that may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Products Excluded from Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products showing signs of use or wear.
• Items returned without their original packaging.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Products intentionally damaged after delivery.

Where required by applicable law, these limitations do not affect the rights granted to consumers by law.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they enter the processing stage.

Once an order has been prepared for shipping or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is no longer available, you can still request a return after receiving the product, in accordance with this policy.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, any return shipping costs, courier fees, customs duties, or other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

Refund Not Received

If you haven't received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account.
• Contact your card provider.
• Contact your bank.

If, after these checks, the refund still hasn't been credited, please contact us.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes the rights granted to consumers under applicable law in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
