At Bottega Verati, our customers' satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Right of Return

You can request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date of your order.

This return policy is separate from our 24-month limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects only.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unworn and unused.

• Be in its original condition.

• Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and any tags.

• Show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Returns that don't meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service before shipping the product.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• Your full name.

• The reason for the return request.

• Photos of the product, if it's damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Once your request has been reviewed, you'll receive all the instructions needed to complete the return.

Please do not send any product back without first receiving our authorization.

Customer Service Response Times

Our Customer Service typically responds to all requests within 24 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

We kindly ask you to wait for our response before taking any further action, as in most cases we're able to resolve the request quickly through our return and refund process.

Payment Disputes (PayPal and Credit Cards)

Should the customer decide to open a dispute with PayPal, their bank, or their card issuer, we will still continue working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

However, opening a dispute may temporarily suspend our direct handling of the return or refund case until the procedure set out by the relevant payment institution is concluded.

To allow for a faster resolution, we always recommend contacting our Customer Service first and waiting for our response, which is typically provided within 24 business hours.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, Bottega Verati will provide you with a prepaid return label to download and print.

Return shipping will be free of charge for the customer.

We recommend using only the label provided by our Customer Service. We cannot be held responsible for shipments made independently without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll let you know the outcome of your request.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

In some cases, we may need to receive and inspect the returned product before proceeding with the refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing by our Customer Service.

Crediting may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We offer direct exchange of size, color, or model within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, contact our Customer Service with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that's damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so we can act quickly.

This deadline does not limit your legal warranty or any other rights granted under applicable law.

Please send us:

• Your order number.

• Photos of the product.

• Photos of the packaging.

• Photos of the product label (if present).

• A brief description of the issue.

We'll review your request and, where appropriate, offer a solution that may include replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Products Excluded from Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Products showing signs of use or wear.

• Items returned without their original packaging.

• Gift cards.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Products intentionally damaged after delivery.

Where required by applicable law, these limitations do not affect the rights granted to consumers by law.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they enter the processing stage.

Once the order has been prepared for shipping or has shipped, it may not be technically possible to stop the logistics process.

In that case, the customer may still exercise their right of return after receiving the product, in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any costs incurred for the return, courier fees, customs duties, or other charges may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by applicable law.

If the package is returned to the sender for reasons not attributable to Bottega Verati, the refund will be processed after the product is received at our logistics center.

Refund Not Received

If you haven't received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account.

• Contact your card provider.

• Contact your bank.

If, after these checks, the refund still hasn't been credited, please contact us.

Cooperation Between the Parties

Bottega Verati is committed to handling every support, return, or refund request fairly, transparently, and in good faith.

We ask customers to cooperate with our Customer Service by providing the requested information and following the outlined procedure, allowing for a fast and effective resolution of the request.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes the rights granted to consumers under applicable law in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
