At Bottega Verati, we are committed to offering footwear made with quality materials and cared for in every detail.

This Warranty Policy describes the coverage provided for manufacturing defects and explains how to request assistance if a problem arises with your purchased product.

Warranty Coverage

In addition to our 30-Day Return Policy, all eligible products are covered by a limited 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects that appear during normal use of the product.

This warranty applies exclusively to material or workmanship defects found during correct use consistent with the product's intended purpose.

What's Covered

Examples of manufacturing defects include:

• Defective stitching.
• Sole detachment due to production defects.
• Defective components (e.g., buckles or zippers).
• Manufacturing defects that compromise the product's normal use.
• Material defects found during normal use.

Each warranty claim is evaluated individually by our Quality Control team.

What's Not Covered

This warranty doesn't cover:

• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Damage caused by improper use.
• Damage resulting from accidents.
• Improper storage.
• Inappropriate cleaning or maintenance.
• Exposure to chemical products.
• Water damage to products not designed to be waterproof.
• Aesthetic changes due to normal use.
• Natural variations in color, grain, or texture of leather, suede, or other natural materials.
• Damage caused by pets or external agents.
• Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Leather and other natural materials may develop slight variations in color, texture, or grain over time. These characteristics are considered normal and don't constitute manufacturing defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service.

We ask you to provide:

• Order number.
• Full name.
• Description of the issue.
• Clear photos of the product.
• Detailed photos of the affected area.

Warranty Evaluation

Once we receive your claim, our Quality Control team will carefully review the case based on the information provided.

If necessary, we may request additional photos or ask you to send the product in for a more thorough inspection.

Claim Resolution

If the warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product, where possible;
• Replace the product with the same model or an equivalent one;
• Issue a full or partial refund if repair or replacement isn't reasonably possible.

The solution adopted will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, and applicable consumer protection regulations.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly through the official Bottega Verati website.

The warranty is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the original purchaser.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes the rights granted to consumers under applicable law in the European Union and the United Kingdom.

Product Care

Proper maintenance significantly helps extend the life of your footwear.
